After graduating in 1991 with a BSC in Automobile Engineering, I started a company called Sterling Classics, specialising in the repair and restoration of classic and sports cars. Over the years I built up an enviable reputation.

A significant part of the business was the trimming side with more and more people wanting me to replace their hoods until I decided it would be a good idea to set up a seperate business dedicated to supplying and fitting car hoods and so "The Soft Top Shop" was born.

We provide a mobile fitting service covering most of the North West of England. Our vehicles are fully equipped with all the tools and equipment needed to provide a quality service everytime.

We charge the same price no matter where in the area you want us to fit your hood. As far as we know, we are the only company in the country to offer this service.
